Chevron

Chevron was a budget UK label from the 1970s & 1980s, and successor to the Windmill label. The releases featured "tribute" versions of pop songs and instrumental tracks, by generic names like LA Sounds or The Sound Sensations. Chevron issued a high number of budget releases, many of which were only released on cassette, and the label was licenced exclusively to Woolworths chain store. Some titles were reissues.

Warwick Records

Warwick Records was a British record label active between 1974 and 1988. It was established by Ian Miles and specialized in producing budget-friendly song compilations, many of which were advertised on TV, and often given away as promotional items with other products, such as magazines. Warwick Records collaborated with major labels like CBS Records and Pye Records to release compilations from their catalogues.

Windmill

Windmill was a UK 1970s budget label specialising in Easy Listening releases and compilations. It had a sublabel called Parade Of Pops. The label was succeeded by Chevron.
